Pour visiter la Croatie, loin des stations balnéaires prisées, des grandes villes bondées et de la modernité, découvrez ce circuit quelque peu atypique. Arpentez les anciennes murailles de Dubrovnik, rencontrez nos ancêtres du Paléolithique et revenez à l’ère du Moyen Âge… Regardons (parfois) vers le passé pour une expérience de voyage non aseptisée.

Longez les murailles de Dubrovnik

Érigées entre le XIIIe et le XIVe siècle, les murailles de la ville protégeaient Dubrovnik, initialement construite sur une île. La ville de Split est connue, pas besoin d’en parler, mais juste à côté, se trouve une tout autre cité. Connaissez-vous la ville de Trogir ? Cette ancienne cité médiévale n’a pas changé depuis le Moyen Âge ! Classée au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO, Trogir ne compte pas d’attractions touristiques à grande échelle. Hormis un musée, et la Cathédrale Saint-Laurent (considérée comme la plus belle du pays, située à l’ouest de la ville), l’objectif est bien d’admirer les bâtiments d’antan restés dans leur jus via une balade dans les ruelles pavées et étroites. Empruntez les chemins sinueux et faites un bon dans le passé…

Note (pas) bête : comptez environ 2h pour arpenter la cité, à moins que vous ne souhaitiez vous attarder dans le joli petit parc au bord du canal à l’entrée de la ville.
